Refund policy

Refunds will be provided under the circumstances of loss or severe damage during transition. 

No refunds will be provided for reasons other than described above. Exchanges are optional. Exchanges must be of equal value to original work/s purchased and the original purchased work/s must remain in the condition originally sent by the artist. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping if exchanging purchases. 

Commission work will require a deposit of 50% of overall commission price before proceeding with the beginning of commission work including final sketches etc. Once the artist and buyer have agreed on the final product, the second half of payment - 50% of the total commission price will be requested before shipment. Shipping/posting prices are not included in commission price, and will be calculated based on size and weight. Larger heavier work will have steeper shipping/posting fees; another aspect to consider when requesting a commission.
